She had to have something on her ass and thighs. I mean my Grandma is way thin BUT she has cellulite on her tushy and thighs. She laughs and says it's all the cushion she has anymore.

Yes! Her face is looking very tight. I don't think she had lipo though. I saw her Confessions show and the bitch is buff. She claims to work out three hours a day.

i would say she uses Human Growth Hormone which would explain her brawny body. it also gives the skin a soft, dewy look. she has had "good" plastic surgery. she has maintained her looks as opposed to altering them too much

Madonna has worked out hard her whole life and is first and foremost a dancer. She trains hard and always had. I know a woman in her mid fifties who teaches ballet and she has a fantastic, smooth body and hasn't had any work done. I doubt Madonna has had any work done othe than her face, and she used a fantastic surgeon.

I personally think she looks scary. I look at her and all I see are her disgusting cheek implants. And her skin is freakishly plastic-looking. It looks like her face doesn't move at all.
