Gorgeous?¿ Even if she spends all the money in the world in PS she would never be gorgeous...the most she can be be considered is attractive.
In my opinion the best she has is the hair and its fake.
Her boobs suck, the nose  , super shiny face.... shes fugly.

In the younger pic she looks about 13. Smack dab in the middle of the awkward years. I dunno what to make of that comparison. At least she has better hair now?

I do think she's absolutely gorgeous, and the changes are just through aging. My face now at 20 looks totally different to my face at 13, and I've not had surgery on my face!
