Gorgeous?¿ Even if she spends all the money in the world in PS she would never be gorgeous...the most she can be be considered is attractive.
In my opinion the best she has is the hair and its fake.

I do think she's absolutely gorgeous, and the changes are just through aging. My face now at 20 looks totally different to my face at 13, and I've not had surgery on my face!
