Why is this only about celebrities ?

I thought this forum would help those disfigured or needing something done
to improve their looks . Personely I dont care if a celebrity gets plastic surgery.

I guess because it is a gossip board and that is what we do. We speculate, we critique, we snark. There are boards out there that deal with plastic surgery. Good luck in finding one if that is what you're after.

There are some threads about people's personal experiences with PS...just look around in the forums. There's one about Chalet's friend's breast lift in this forum. Another thread on someone's nose job consultation in the Rhinoplasty forum. If you want to discuss something specific then start a specific topic. But yes this board is mainly celebrity gossip, and gossip rocks.

Heck, I'm not gonna lie;I'd get Botox if I could afford it. But I think I would steer clear of some of the other stuff.

I am scared of getting botox. And even though I say I am happy with my errmm smallish boobs, there is a part of me that wants to get implants. (but only the small ones) Then I lean towards leaving my body alone again and let nature take it's course.

Then perhaps the "daily life" section of this board may be what you are looking for.

I don't think that I will ever try botox nor any other kind of PS... they scare me and they are unncessary: my looks are average, which means that I can have a normal life and my job isn't in the modeling field so I don't need to look more than average.

I am not saying this to criticize people that wants to do any kind of PS... I am just saying that they are waaay too scary and too expensive for me, since they are not going to chamge my life dramatically.
