Exactly my question. But it DOES look like she had an implant there, which would be insane.
Another theory: Maybe her chin is just a lot more prominent since she lost so much weight. Also: She definitely had her nose done, maybe they didn't balance out the chin like they did with Asslee Simpson...

Nah, I don't think she's had work done. She looks like she's aged and some things have gotten more "angular" but nothing major.
