Sex and the City star Kristin Davis scared of plastic surgery

(KP International) - Celebrities like Tom Jones may find solace in plastic surgery but actress Kristin Davis promises never to take the same risk.

The 'Sex and the City' star fears she will lose her originality and risk looking like someone else if she goes under the knife.

"If I could do it and look just like myself, I would do it. But I don't think it works that way. You can't go back. That's what scares me. I don't want to look better, but different."

Although the 41-year-old refuses to bow to industry pressure she doesn't blame celebrities, like Jones, who undergo surgery to maintain their image. "I don't cast stones. There's so much pressure on all of us at all times, that I would never, ever criticize anyone for doing it."

But the brunette does claim that "If you want to look better," you can also "lose five lbs and cut your hair."

coming from someone who uses so much botox it's not funny. If you see the first sex and the city episode compared to the ones that came after that. I couldn't believe the difference, she was all forehead wrinkles and chin, then she was unbelievably porcelain pretty. I do like the way botox looks on her though.

I didn't know about the botox either. But I've always thought she was really beautiful, definitely the most beautiful out of the four in SATC. Cute, likeable face and warm eyes.
