So, we know that Paris doesn't think breast implants are hot; and apparently she'd never have PS because she's even afraid of just getting a shot, but does anyone think that she's had any plastic surgery?

Actually, I don't think that she has had plastic surgery. Her nose was always like that as you can see here - http://www.awfulplasticsurgery.com/archives/005189.html and she just grew up. I don't find her really pretty, she looks too much like a barbie doll.
