I've never liked her, but I do agree that too many beautiful women ruin themselves with the plastic surgery....
This is a bit rich coming from a woman who has had plastic surgery, who has admitted to scamming the public in to thinking they could 'feel the burn' by following her aerobics tapes and look like her...but then admitted she was bulimic and that's how she maintained her slim figure. Get real, Jane. No one's buying this sudden u-turn.She has had breast implants and surgery to remove bags from under her eyes.
But that did not stop Jane Fonda recently announcing plans to start a campaign to discourage fellow actresses from plastic surgery.
Now the impetus for her apparent U-turn on surgery looks to have become a little clearer.
The veteran Hollywood actress last night clinched a six-figure deal to become the face of L'Oreal Paris anti-ageing treatment cream.
At 68, Miss Fonda is the oldest so-called "spokesmodel" for the brand.
She follows French actress Catherine Deneuve, who was signed up at the age of 61 two years ago.
The French cosmetics company believes Miss Fonda will reflect its relevance to the market for mature women.
The actress, who recently posed for a magazine cover without make-up, wants to encourage more natural beauty in Hollywood.
"I'm going to try to organise other women in my profession and my friends to say no to the duck lips and getting rid of the wrinkles," she has said.

I agree and I think she's one of them.

You could say that having "been there, done that", she is in a position to say it is better to avoid plastic surgery and stay natural.
Or you could say that precisely for the same reason, she is not credible at all.
I'll opt for the second opinion.![]()
When you compare the state of her hands to her face, you cannot doubt she's had some serious facelift, and not a bad one as she doesn't look too artificial, so what is she complaining about?
She is so ridiculous as to be absurd.
She's a nut job. No wonder Ted, Tom, Roger, et al tossed her over.
Claude os, aperi oculos!
She was hilarious in Monster-In-Law. I think she got some P.S. before she did that movie. Or major lighting effects.
Uh, it was her who tossed over Tom and Ted.
a self-righteous ninny. always was always will be. someone must have told her ps was bad.
Between this and Posh promoting 'curvier' models, those women must think the public is collectively blind.
Hypocrite--she changes her tune soon as she learns she can make money off being anti-surgery?
