Along with pictures every procedure the person underwent is listed.Some of these people had more work than others but it is interesting to see the effects of brow lifts and eye lifts in people who admit they had them! The men have the scariest after photos.

That shoe is a little freaky, but at this point I'd rather watch the ps version than the home version with Ty and all his lame ass friends crying through the whole scripted episode.

I've never a whole episode of the show but to me, a lot of the people in the befores were better off than the afters. The people who were just aging too quickly often turned out nicely but the people that were really unattractive to begin with took huge hair that is reminscent of Barbie generally, and looked way plastique.

The men for the most part looked quite feminine when they were done, which I didn't like. I guess the point is to look Extremely different so that is achieved in all cases.

My faves are Heather (row 2 last picture) and Tim (row 1 third picture). My least fave is Ryann (second to last row, second picture).

Some of these people are just so vain. Take Jeanene, (2 row, 2 in) she doesn't want to look as shocking... Well sweetheart, maybe you should have thought about that before you got 20 tattoos, and piercings and dyed your hair unnatural red. It isn't like someone forced her to do those things.

Steven, 6 row, 2nd in looked just fine before. Kinda geeky, but I think it was cute. Now he is too JC Penny catalog.

I say good for the ones who had the birth defects (although I can't believe the teenager got more PS because her 'jaw' was out of line). The rest of them, I agree with a good makeover would have been just fine. And apparently some blonde hairdye.

Well said. I watched part of it once and I was literally squirming it made me so uncomfortable. It's an interesting statistic that people who have plastic surgery -- especially breast implants -- tend to have much higher suicide rates than the rest of the population. Changing your outsides, unless you have an actual deformity like some of these people, doesn't always change the way you feel inside.

YES! Not just a vague resemblance, either, but like... the definitive "fat Katie Holmes" and "fat Jessica Alba". I thought the exact same thing when I first saw the pics.

I think the MOST disgusting thing on this show is how people cry about certain self-inflicted things on their bodies. The one guy cried about his rotten teeth, yet told the doc that he brushed them sometimes only once a week! He had physical mould on them!!! SICK. The people are like trailor trash, and i just think to myself that they dont even have the money to maintain the hair extensions, new veneers, makeup, brow waxing etc to keep up the look. What a waste.

^^ Don't implants have to be renewed or taken out after like 10-15 years too? I bet the tramps just keep them in and end up getting infected or something

horrible show. the few times i've watched it i've wanted to slap everyone involved.

i agree about steven. he was cute. great nose. all he needed was for someone to take him clothes shopping and to get his hair cut. they ruined him with the nose job and the chiclet veneers and the boy band hair.
