Wow! Some of those are unbelievable! I think I like the very first one best, most of the others look too cheap and tacky "after".

Good Lord! Where are these taken from?

This is obviously more than a new hairdo and makeup, some of them are gorgeous after but you can look at the first picture and see the potential but some of them don't even look the same!

I love those shows like The Swan and Extreme makeover i like to see al the transformations they go through.

I always wonder what they look like a week later when the roots have started showing through, the tans worn off, the extensions are getting natty and they are back to their normals lives!

Could you imagine being a guy and falling in love with one of them AFTER the plastic surgery, they get married and when the baby is born it looks like a hideous monster!!

Thats false advertising.

Why do they give almost everybody a boob job? With way too big implants, at that? A gentle lift, sure, especially if they make people lose drastic amounts of weight, but come on...

Some of those people really, really needed the dental work, though.

The way they changed the tacky goth chick made me a bit sad, though - I don't know how much input she had, of course, but everybody look the same in the after pics, so I assume that they don't really take people's personal taste into account much. It'd be so much nicer if they did, and gave people a look and style and that was more of an updated version of their own.

When I get my tummy tuck, I will have to post my before and after pics on here. It is gonna take alot work for my tummy to be good again. After 4 very large babies and my skin doesn't have the best elasticity, plus I am not that big a person, it will be pretty cool to see how good of a job the doc can do.

I would LOVE to have a tummy tuck, and a breast lift....don't want them any bigger, just want them to be perky again. They aren't too bad to be 37 with 2 kids, but I want them to look like they did when I was 16
