I really want to know who is in that four percent that doesn't believe Tara Reid got breast implants. Are there really that many legally blind people in the continental US?

Oops....that first part should read that 71 percent think Teri Hatcher's breasts are real...

Stars like publicity and talking about whether or not they had plastic surgery gives them publicity. I think it is pretty much that simple.
