How she used to look:

I'm no fan but I do think there was nothing wrong with her face before that losing a few pounds wouldn't fix. Now her face looks like a Halloween mask. I don't know if I would have recognized her if she wasn't identified in the new photos.

That's way too obvious with the chin implant. Had she lost 40 pounds, she would have been able to see her chin fine. If she ever does get lose weight, her face is going to look even more freakshowish.

Her eyes look strange. Real wide and surprised. Botox? (nevermind that she's way too young and doesn't even have wrinkles) Or eyelid surgery to make the eyes rounder and bigger? I can't tell if it's a chin implant, it could just be the angle of the photo, no?

Her eyebrows are definitely plucked too thin, too.

I think she's had a pretty obvious chin implant. I think it looks too big in comparison with her other facial features. Something looks different around the eye area too, but I can't place it -- perhaps an eyebrow lift combined with a lower-Blepharoplasty? The end result: a much older looking, less attractive Bristol Palin (IMO).

Good to know all that Promoting Abstinence money is actually working- I can't think of anyone who'd want to boink that hippo. She looks like a freaking Hapsburg now. wtg.
