I think she had her eyes done for sure... possible nose tweaking. Other than that, she doens't look that different, other than aging and makeup.

Major eye lid surgery. Possible nose job. reshaping of the eyebrows. Implants??? although they still look pretty small and natural.

I always knew she did her eyes and nose. However, I must say she looks good. Not too overdone looking.
