I think she's had something done with her chin too ... it's "weak" in the earlier pics, but more defined and strong in the later ones.

I agree with Somerset, she got all that, she looks preety different and it is not only because she lost about thousand pounds...

My chubby cheeks didn't thin out untill my 30's and I'm well into my 30's which is alright with me because it takes ten years off you (but you have survive highschool with a chubby face... sigh).

Yah, that's what I keep thinking - the eye lids are less heavy and she is leaner.

I started watching season 1 of Dawson's Creek on DVD last night and she's DEFINITELY without a doubt had her eyes done.

She's immensely talented, much more than your average Hollywood bimbo, so even if she doesn't appeal to me in particular, I'm happy that she's still around. She was wonderful in The Station Agent.

She is definitely not beautiful, but I think she's cute in her own right. And I love the fact that she is not scared to be ugly in her films, like in Brokeback. It makes her more real to me.

fantastic nose job, seriously one of the best i've ever seen. her nose was a bit piggish before. and quite possibly a small chin implant. don't think she had the eyes done. i used to have heavy lidded eyes like that and then with age they got more sunken and if people saw pics of me as a teen any pics now they'd think i had surgery too.

I think she's had a lot of subtle work done (like Jessica Simpson) that when combined makes her whole face look completely different. In addition to the eyes, she's definitely had a nose job. Watching Dawson's Creek makes it really obvious. I don't know of anyone except for celebrities who lost their baby fat as adults. For most people it's around puberty.

Chubby cheeks slim down with age, and pug noses become more straight/long with age.
This happened with me, I still had the baby face thing going on until I was close to 30.

I don't think she's had anything done. Maybe a chin implant, b/c it does look different, but that could also be from weight loss.
The facial bones become more prominent w/ less fat.

She just doesn't seem like a PS kinda girl to me. She's very tomboyish and only seems to doll up when she has to.

There is something about her eyes that are different. Could colored contacts and different eye makeup techniques really change her look? To me, they looked beady and dark brown before, & now they are bigger and greenish/hazel.
But then again, like Jessica Simpson, Michelle did have some puffy(?) eyelid thing going on before.
