I can assure you she is not! If anything she gets more mockage over here......although UK Glamour Magazine voted her 2006's 2nd best dressed woman. (?!?!?!?) That dress is close to being nice, but the ruffle kills it. That's the thing about VB. She gets it so VERY NEARLY right but it never quite looks as effortless as when Kate Moss steps out. She does try too hard. Bless her. Or something.

Why is Victoria Beckham dressed up while Katie Holmes is totally casual? It looks ridiculous. They should of coordinated their outfits better. Can Victoria ever just wear... jeans?

Victoria was actually attractive during her Spice Girl days. She ranged from cute to very pretty. She has lost way too much weight and it's aged her about 20 years.
