Look at the wasteline, it manages to make Tori's none-existing hips look enormous.

Money does not buy class or taste. I am going with... she's pregnant. She's got a slight bulge and she's been wearing very 'flowy' dresses and now this.

Everyone else has said what I would about her outfit except that I don't agree with those thinking she looks good/pretty.
