I exercise alot, eat all the right foods and deny myself ALOT of guilty pleasures and the older I get (I have been doing this since I was in my early 20's and am 37 now) , the harder that is to maintain, physically and otherwise, so by the time I am 50, I hope to hell that I won't be so hard on myself to try and maintain what I want to look like.

I agree. Apparently age is no excuse for aging anymore. 'Must remain wrinkelfree till death' . Well screw that and damn all 80-year-olds with tight arses.
