Yeah, they've always been nice and big, but I think she's definitely had them enhanced at some point during the last few years.

Yep, definitely not real.

But Salma can do whatever she wants, she's a real woman with self-esteem who happens to like her own boobs (probably because she has a thing for women). She can do whatever she wants and not come across like a desperate whore.
