She wasn't that cute when she was younger.

I think the casting of Renee in Jerry Maguire (which is really a hodgepodge
of a movie, part feel-good flick, part docudrama) is proof that Tom is
gay. Most self-respecting egotists would cast some woman that they
want to shag, or at least see naked. But in this case, there was no
such concern: "Just put in any broad, just make sure she's young and not
prettier than I am!"

She looks to me like she doesn't have makeup on. She should have a little eye surgery to lift those hooded lids, wear some lipstick with some color, and she'll be fine. Also stop coloring her hair, because it does look like it's breaking/thinning. BTW, are you talking about the hands of the man who's holding the car door open? Because her hands look fine to me.
