Considering the vast and unstoppable trend of plastic and (preferably)/or twiglike celebrities in the media, I surmise that if our Rachel intends to become relevant she should either purchase obscenely large breast implants or altogether give up eating.

Representation of a typical female figure in Hollywood would be simply too much to ask.
