I disagree. I'm young and I've been told I have pretty fantastic legs, and wearing a mini skirt or a short dress is more than enough attention for me. I don't have some weird compelling need to make a drunk spectacle of myself on top of a table.

I think it looks like the back of Kim's dress got caught in her undies, to be honest...
Relieved to see that Paris is wearing panties, for once, but I don't understand why she choose what looks like pastel flowered cotton, with a taupe silk dress - I mean, hasn't she realized by now that somehow, the world will get to see what she does or does not wear underneath her skirts? Why not pick something that matches?
