^^You've got to be kidding me. Sure they are 'real' photos, but her caring for the babies is NOT real, wake up. Like a previous poster stated, if she was sincere she would not call the paps to take photos, it's as simple as that.

Pretty??? Not IMO. I find her very unattractive. If she wasn't a Hilton, she would never get a second look, face is marginal and body is gross.

um why would she have to "call the paps for a photo opportunity"?? She is in Sydney and the press are following her where ever she goes, and she no doubt had planned a schedule of things to do in Sydney.
