What's worse is that each celeb knows where the paps hang out --
if they want to get photographed, they go to certain boutiques
and bars and the paps are there on the street, waiting for someone
to show. (Admittedly, the paps are intrusive when they follow people
on vacation and chase them with helicopters -- but this is courting
publicity and she knows it.)
