The hair is a sure sign of malnourishment. It's really starting to take it's toll on her body; you can only be anorectic and look "good" for so long.

Just drop dead already. At least you will have shown the dangers of anorexia to people and will have done some good for the world, since your organs will be too shrivelled up to do someone any good and your corpse won't be enough material to fertilize a single daisy.

Her hair has always been wiry and dog-like. Its extensions and stuff, plus heavy blow drying that gets it silky, we've obviously caught on her hairdressers off day.
