It might be a good idea to wear safety goggles when viewing pictures like these because Micky Rourke is so ugly he could seriously harm your eyes.

How do you go from being so incredibly sexy to THAT? It is beyond me how he can actually think he looks good...

Um didn't he like get his face munched boxing and had to get reconstructive surgery?

I have decided that if they ever make a Lifetime Orginal Movie about Dog the Bounty Hunter that Mickey should play dog. They look suprisingly alike, except for the mullet.

I can't believe that's really even him?! It looks more like William Shatners uglier little brother.

Mickeys alright by me.............anyone who knocks Hilton down has got my ok!! I like him as an actor and he used to be gorgeous. Unfortunately not so nowadays but this means he can get his teeth into more meaty roles and he has great screen presence.

    From Wikipedia..........

Rourke criticized actress Paris Hilton for having a lack of talent and claimed that she was an insult to the profession. Unlike most other actors, Rourke does not employ a press agent to do damage control and preserve his image.

Dear Lord.....he's completely unrecognizeable! If I saw him in the street I'd think "that's one ugly dude." Then run like hell!

When I opened the thread that's exactly what I thought - Bill Shatner...

Why Mickey, why? You used to be so damn sexy in your day-

    What a shame...

This is the saddest case of P/S.

This man used to be dead sexy. Now, he's a hideous beast.
I'm with you. Anyone else remember how hot he was in 'Pope of Greenwich Village'?

Eh, that's such an old trick. William Burroughs did that more than half a century ago.
