I can't tell for sure, but it looks like Madge may have gotten some very small cheek implants? She just looks different in that area. Or maybe its weight - her eyes don't like quite as sunken.
I love the hair and I love the dress. But most of all, I love that accessory hanging on her arm.

I am literally running out the door now, but I do agree with the cheek implants (I had posted pics before on either APS or early-on on this board) and something else not too discussed: her nostrils used to flare before, but now not anymore (just check pics of her Borderline, Holiday, Lucky Star days).

She got filler injected to her cheeks, not implants. And she did nothing to her nose.

yeah she did have something added to her cheeks and fat sucked outta them as well. and anyone who doesnt think she had some kind of face lift is totally naive.

She looks better than she has and the dress is great, I just think she needs some color, I am not a fan of the orange spray on tan or anything, but her hair and skin color make her looked washed out.

She's calmed down on the working out.. look at her arms, not nearly as bulging and veiny. She's also put on a wee bit of weight (sorely needed) and fleshed out a little.. she doesn't look like grandma death so much

She's clearly had a facelift. her facial shape is completely different and her ears...um...
