yeah, they are expression lines, and are especially more visible when you have light, sun sensitive, freckled skin. if she continues tanning this much, she will look even older soon.

But as you get older, expression lines deepen and remain visible even when you are not making those certain faces. Even when Lindsay isn't raising her eyebrows she has faint lines that usually appear on people older than her.
