I'm sure she doesn't. Her features are all created by that makeup.
And if she DID, why does she wear so much.

I've seen some paparazzi pics of her - she's still pretty. Her nose is kinda wide, though - and she has a gap between her teeth. But she is very pretty and photogenic.

As for the make up thing - there are SO MANY celebs who look much better without it but wear tons of it.
