My belly was never like that when I was preggers. And I had boobs as well. Mind you I have seen a photo online somewhere where the wind had caught her shirt a little and you could see belly. I belive theres a baby when I see it 
Oh and another thing. If she is due to pop in a couple of days that bump is riding far to high. You drop down when you are almost due. That really looks like a strap on belly in that photo.

Actually, Katie appears to be following the gestation period of an elephant...hence the bizarre bump. That is really hilarious looking.

Someone earlier mentioned that there is a Katie look-alike. Does anybody know where those pictures are? Plus, I think it may have been the way Katie was standing in that last picture that made her look like that. I think she was sorta pushing it out. But I think she already had the baby and is just pretending.

I was skinny the whole time I was pregnant, never gained weight in my arms, legs or face. I just had a huge bump.....but my bump was was lower than Katies and not as round and more sloped, my twin sister was pregnant the same time as me and she was really bloated and swollen all over. Different women have different pregnancies its just one of the great mysteries in life.
