I don't mind razor blade jewelery, but the blood, fake or not, is just disgusting!
(And Kate's a cutter now? I would have thought if she wore a razor blade it would be a reference to cutting something other than her skin)

I don't think it's real blood. She will be the new hero of suicidal teenagers anywhere. But we all knew that she is a little sick puppy, she is dating Pete Doherty after all, who is known to paint and splash around with his blood.

I don't know about Kate but Pete is/was a cutter...
Imho, I don't think the blood is real but even if it is it's beyond creepy....

It's just a bad shade of trailer-trasher nailpolish on a cheap razor, inside cheap plastic which she must have paid heaps of money for. Terrible taste.

I saw these pics in the post a while back. i actually like the necklace...i dont think the blood is real though....i mean it cant be petes....who would want aids infected blood around their neck. UGH!

Looks like lipstick or acrylic paint. I know what dried blood looks like and that's not it. This is in poor taste, IMHO.
