Apart from the eyebrows being tweezed to death and the bad lighting, I think she looks okay here.

She does have some makeup on, I agree. At least tinted gloss and slight blush or powder. But even so, she doesn't look horribly bad without any. I mean, at least not Britney Spears bad.
I did notice that it looks like she's been putting on a little bit of weight--I noticed her upper eyelid, where she supposedly had that surgery to give her a more open-eye look, looks more like before she had the surgery. I don't know that a slight weight gain could do that, but she does look less "surprised" like she did on red carpet shots. Who knows with this girl?
