They are cokehead eyes, I am sure of it, I have an old photo of myself stashed away in a cupboard somewhere and I had those same spaced out eyes at a birthday party in the 90's....she looks like she's been beamed up to the mothership though..

Aside from the freaky eyes, I think she looks fine. While I don't like that short cut, it looks much better tousled and in her face.
