I saw other pics of her and her friend leaving the hospital with the friends hand all bandaged up and them then driving away. So I don't think it was a decoy.

That's where it probably helps to be tall and/or long legged. I'm 5'2" and short legged and I couldn't drive at all the last month I was pregnant because I have to have the seat all the way up to reach the pedals and my belly just wasn't fittin' in that space by then! I felt like strapping wooden blocks to my feet like that little asian kid sidekick of Indiana Jones' in the Temple of Doom movie!
