I cant believe she hasn't done anything with her hair. I dont have a problem with people not changing their appearance when it works for them but as its been said many times before her hair is like a dirty dishrag.

I think her hair looks fine. I remember in one of the later seasons of Friends when she got that awful haircut ... not good at all.
I've had the same hairstyle for about twenty years simply because when I was younger I couldn't find anything else that really suited me - and I tried a lot of stuff! Finally, I thought it might be best to just stick with what I knew worked for me.
If Jenn's hair looks like a dishrag, mine looks like an old mop that was left out in the utility shed too long.
