Basically because she receives a ton of attention based on who she married/divorced, and is mostly boring. As hell.

She does look good, but same old, same old. I was cringing before clicking on this thread HOPING she would have some color in her dress and her hair different. DAMN.

Still don't mind the black, but this dress is boring too, she still hasn't done anything interesting with either hair or make-up, still looks like she just threw off her jeans and t-shirt and stepped into this dress without even bothering to brush her hair properly, and she still doesn't accessorize much... All these boring black dresses she wears are clearly ment to be worn as a backdrop for something else - jewellery, accessories, dramatic hair or make-up, whatever. They are understated so that the conversation piece of the outfit, whatever that is, can shine on it's own. Jen just doesn't provide anything to take center stage, and she frankly doesn't do it herself, either.
