She turns 16 tomorrow I think. I don't think she looks much like Britney. For starters, she has hair! But Britney was always cutsie and Jamie looks more like she will take the classic beauty path. Hopefully she can look to her big sister's mistakes and make sure not to repeat them.

I see in the minority - maybe the only one who really doesn't find her anything special?
She looks a lot more like Brooke Hogan, like someone said, than Britney Spears. I couldn't even compare Jamie Lynn and Britney, let alone make Jamie Lynn come out of the competition as prettier.
She is plain at her best, IMO.
