I think Ryan Seacrest having one is alot more laughable than Swank having one.

She is talented... I am not saying that she deserves it (her career is not so long, in my opinion), but at least she is a good actress!

Well she's been working since she was 15 so 1/2 her life. I think that's deserving, considering she is one of a handful to have 2 Oscars already. I like her and I think she looks great.
