I was wondering the same thing. She was in Wild Orchid from the early 90's and looked in her mid twenties then. I'm guessing 37-38? I think she's trying to pass for 29 though, which is ridiculous, imo.

Her neck skin is even sagging, she looks like she needs a neck lift.

Sadly, she is not lying about her age. She was on Kids Incorporated at age 8 in 1984.
This is her on the show in 1987 (center).
