    Maybe it's just harmless partying. Of course, it always starts out that way.

    c'mon, this not a big deal! drinking beer, partying a lil... isn't it what we all do at that age!

    In at least one of those pics, she appears to be drinking perfectly legally, as you are allowed to have drinks with your meal. Parents are allowed to give alcohol to their children from age 5, and I remember having watered wine or a small amount of home made beer with my meals long before my parents divorced (they divorced when I was 8).

    Let's not forget, by age 15, Lilo and co were probably already on coke; a kid having a few beers isn't an issue, and is just the same as an 18 year old drinking in the US; still underage but not so shocking.
