What's even more sad is her little sister seems to be following in her footsteps. Ella Fanning was in an episode of Law & Order:SVU and she played a pyromaniac psychotic child a little too well.

i find her slightly disturbing but i think it is because she seems so articulate and grown up in a childs body. Also id rather see her wearing those sort of clothes then skankwear. She's got braces on wish mine were that discreet when i had them

God, she looks like she should have been TomKat's flower girl. 
On another note, I find her to look better with darker hair. I think she is a wonderful little actress.

Abigail Breslin is a way better child actress, IMO. Additionally even tough she is almost four years younger then DF her mom doesen't dress her like that.
AND she is in the race for a best supporting actress nomination.

She is how old? 12 ? I think it's because if these "little girl dresses". Just let her look like a normal 12 year old . Maybe they (parents,...? ) don't want her to actually get older

When I saw the dress my first thought was that she had seen that Marie Antoinette movie and was so impressed with it that she wanted that style dress for the premiere. At least this is better than her last costume:
I feel sorry for Elle... having to dress up like the frumpy looking "boyfriend" or whatever she's supposed to be.
