a lot of people say that but I really thinks she looks more like Courtney before all the plastic surgery. A LOT like Courtney but still has Kurt in there too.

I thought the kid was a ringer for Kurt Cobain, until Calendargurl posted the pic of Courtney pre-plastic surgery. She looks like both her parents. Courtney looks pretty good the picture with Frances, but you can tell the effort to stay sober is wearing on her.

I have always thought Frances was a pretty girl. When she was a baby, I thought she was one of the pretties babies I've ever seen. I've seen a lot of babies, too, being a pediatric nurse. I wish Curt was still around.
