I was going to post something similiar but for a change I read the whole thread.
I had two clients that two different type, one full and one partial and you can see the scars just as explained.
She looks her age, she's slender, fit and from what little you can tell it does appear she lives a clean lifestyle which is probably why she does look as hargarded as some actresses her age.
