I think Chloe Sevigny is a bit like Bai Ling, really - she's always reliably insanely dressed! This is a bit of a disappointment, though. Fugly dress, but not up to the incredible, inexplicable heights of fugliness she sometimes reaches.
Only problem is that like Sienna Miller, she's toted as a fashion icon. If Chloe is a fashion genius, so is Bai!
