I was talking about a "good voice" in professional singing terms, not if you or I like it.
And she's a very good dancer from what I have seen, that's not "talentless".

LOL no, I'm a male. My range (in chest voice) is A#1-B4, but I still need some work on my highest/lowest notes. (Thank god that I have a fantastic vocal coach)
Very impressive range you got there - can you SING the B2?

We're talking about Britney's VOICE, not songs. I have said before that her material is cr*p.

Yeah, and you're all open for others' opinions.

I'll give Britney credit for not singing things that are too hard for her, like a lot of singers today, but to my knowledge, she had serious training as a kid, and still sounds like crap, so I guess there's only so much you can do.

How long have you been studying? Kudos on finding a good coach-the bad ones are a factor in my late vocal problems.
Thanks- yes, I can sing the B2, though my coach doesn't like it. Two years of singing along to James Hetfield and Phil Anselmo's clean songs can do that to you.

-I'm studying for about a year with my current teacher, and I have had some on and off classes with another teacher before (a crappy one, so glad I got rid of him) - yes, a bad teacher can cause so many problems, you really gotta find a decent, professional one to progress well.
-LOL, well developing the bottom part of the range is a GREAT thing for a soprano. Good on you.

Thanks. It actually is a lot easier to sing the high notes after singing in my lower register for a while. Life is good.

The world is grateful for my singing. They are grateful that I only sing alone in the car.

We can do a duet, Lobelia, I am really terrible. What shall we sing? Oh, it probably doesn't matter, we will suck anyway.

Let's ponder the great duets...
You don't bring me flowers anymore
Don't go breakin' my heart
Islands in the stream
Say say say
Solid as a rock
Beauty & the beast
I got you babe
Ebony & Ivory
Too many to list.
Oh...the choices.....
