Exactly the explanation I was going to give.
Usually she wears black eyeliner both on her upper and lower lid, plus dark eyeshadow on her lower lid even when on the upper lid it's of a different colour.
Here I don't really see lipliner and blush either, so the final result is that her face has overall less colours and less shadows, which makes it look flatter and so wider too.

Yes, my conclusion is that she doesn't look very good.
But dress and shoes are excellent.

Isn't it bizarre. I think she looks terrible! Her nose definitely looks different. Really can't tell what it is...

My theory is that she sacked her old makeup artist after that horrible photo came out (you know the one I mean--with the pores, awful skin, and caked-on eye makeup). Her new makeup artist is going for a more natural look, which doesn't work at all for her. This makeup job is totally inappropriate for such a glamorous dress--it's more suited to a casual summer look. CZJ, I hate you, but get your old artist back. You're starting to look more and more like Posh. Keep Great Lash in business!
