The pictures make it look worse than it was, the video doesn't look bad at all. She kept a good grip on him the whole time and he actually DIDN'T fall so people need to relax.

^^Where did u see the video, cos on TMZ it doesn't play (well at least on my computer)?
Got this from PITNB. Shows her foot slipping from her footwear (combination of ribbon straps and too-long jeans)? Regardless, she needs think twice (try it, Britney) about her footwear and pant lengths, NOTHING to do with a gun, unless she wants to shoot her own foot off so she doesn't trip on it again.

Yeah she wore the wrong shoes and trousers, but you can see from the video that it was a complete accident, and she was obviously very shaken by it.

Definitely it was an accident--she didn't mean to trip, but there's something called 'preventative measures' that she doesn't look into--hence all these accidents happening continuously around her and her life. It's all self-created.
