You're far too harsh, it's a nice stainless summer dress - not really her size and not a flattering cut but it's supposed to be fashionable now - I hate the visible bra look usually but here it's an orange bikini top carrefully accessorised with her handbag - I'd say it's an effort for Britney - and if it wasn't for the mud on her foot (and the strange white thing I don't want to think about on her left temple) she'd look nearly clean (anyone can sweat profusely in the summer in LA) - The hore-shoes color is quite discreet and the lipstick is not even smudged around her mouth - way to go Britney!

Personally I think she looks far better here (apart from hair and sweat) than she has in a long time. It's a shame that dress isn't about 2 inches longer, I quite like it.
