She has polycystic ovarian syndrome which is supposed to make you overweight, hirsute and give you acne but I don't think it's meant to give you hair like straw.

The hair extensions which are apparently the hair of poor kids in third world countries, looked healthier than her hair. I think the long hair looks better.

I guess I'm the only one that thinks the hair cut is ridiculous looking.
It looks like a bad college hazing prank on her head.
The long hair is just too long in relationship to the ducktail on the back of her head.
She does look better with short hair (she's still dog to look at though) but that cut just screams LOOK AT ME I'M A TRENDY TART.

I actually happen to have a porcelain troll from Norway. His hair looks more real than Victoria's, and he's actually quite a sexy troll when compared to her.
