I'm sure she does have nannies. After all, she and Brad can't take them everywhere unless they decide that at least one of them is going to be with the kids full time. So someone is with those kids when these two are out together.
The point isn't whether or not she uses nannies. The point is that she (or she and Brad) are seen out and about with those kids quite a bit sans childcare. There are celebs you wouldn't even know have kids if it hadn't been mentioned before and/or celebs that if you do see them out with their kids there will always be a caretaker holding the kid or pushing the stroller.
I bet there are shitloads of celebs who wouldn't know what to do and be lost or panicky if they had to care for their baby or small child without a nanny within spitting distance.
