i don't get the appeal from this woman. she had beautiful hair in "friends", but that's it. the shape of her face is weird and her eyes are so small that it looks like she is always crying.

She's has average-woman appeal, IMO. Non-threatening, nice, funny girl who's pretty but not too pretty.
