Although the dress is BRIGHT, it works well for her. She looks elegant and not washed out. Bai Ling should really take a hint.

i love it when people take a chance and wear really bright colors that you don't see too often. she did a good job and looks beautiful.

That thing is blinding, but it's pretty. She's really lucky that this worked... I could see something like this being disasterous for someone else.

Oops I'm in the minority - I think the colour is horrible, and doesn't work with her at all. The cut of the dress is nice though.
But like you say it's nice to see someone be adventurous rather than black or red.
